Every tier starts with a free two-month trial, no payment information needed. After that, pricing is tiered by configuration count, and every tier is the full product. A configuration is the product's top-level object: roughly one environment, like dev, test, QA, or prod. Business at $200 a month covers production plus a proper dev environment; Enterprise at $500 covers formal dev / test / QA / prod separation. The numbers are published here, not revealed at the end of a sales sequence.

How does this compare to the alternatives?
Honestly, and with the caveats attached. Self-hosting Airflow for a production install runs roughly $200–2,000 per month in infrastructure before you count the engineering time to build what Airflow doesn't include: a working UI. Fabric's native monitoring runs on your capacity units, expensive enough that we've watched organizations turn it off. ETLMaestro's status report doesn't run on your capacity. How does the free two-month trial work?
Book a quick demo. If it looks like a fit, we work with you to get everything installed in your environment, and you run the full product free for two months. We collect zero payment information during the trial — no credit card, no invoice, nothing to cancel. Pricing starts only if you decide to continue.
What exactly is a configuration?
The product's top-level metadata object: one configuration is roughly one environment (dev, test, QA, or prod). Two configurations run production plus dev. Five cover a formal four-environment separation with room to spare.
Do Business and Enterprise differ in features?
No. The axis is environment maturity, not capability. Every tier is the complete product; Enterprise just licenses more configurations.
Who qualifies for the Charitable tier?
Registered nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations; we confirm status when you sign up. Same product, half the Business price, because mission-driven data teams have master pipelines too.
Is the monthly number really the whole price?
Yes for the three published tiers. You keep paying Microsoft for the Azure services you already use; ETLMaestro doesn't resell or mark up your Azure spend. Consulting arrangements are quoted case by case.
What if we're mid-migration to Fabric?
That's a normal setup. ETLMaestro treats ADF and Fabric as platforms in the same metadata model, so a mixed estate during migration is a normal configuration, not an edge case.
Can it orchestrate things outside Microsoft?
Yes. The Azure Function integration lets ETLMaestro orchestrate anything with an API (Databricks, Snowflake, legacy schedulers, custom code) through a published function app implementing three functions: start, check status, cancel.
