about
ETLMaestro is built by ETLMaestro LLC, a three-person company: Noel Levine, the practitioner with 20 years of Microsoft ETL work across 50+ projects; Isaiah Nuñez, who runs the business; and Evan Lear, who runs the marketing. The product began as Noel's internal tool for taming overlapping Azure Data Factory pipelines inside a utility company. It became a company when the same failure pattern kept appearing everywhere else.

Founding Marketing Manager
Runs ETLMaestro’s marketing day to day: campaigns, content, and the channels they live on.
The origin is unglamorous and true: a utility company, a sprawl of Data Factory pipelines, and a consultant who had spent his career watching orchestration knowledge concentrate in single engineers. Rather than untangle the maze by hand again, Noel built a system where the untangling lives in metadata.
After watching the same pattern repeat at other organizations, the internal tool was generalized into a standalone product and put to work in early customer engagements. That footing is the source of whatever credibility this page has.
The product reflects its builder's biases, on purpose: evidence over adjectives, reports over promises, and a deep suspicion of any claim that starts with "best practice" and ends without a source.
ETLMaestro is the third version of this product, and each one was built on what the last one proved. If you've come across ChillETL, you've found version two, not a different company: ETLMaestro LLC owns all previous and current IP, and the Azure Marketplace listing keeps the old publisher name only until the rename completes.
Every demo is run by Noel. Ask the questions a sales team couldn't answer.
